British authorities are investigating the 2021 death of a university student who purchased a toxic chemical online from a Canadian accused of abetting suicides. Kenneth Law was charged this month over the alleged sale of a toxic substance d to at least two Ontario suicides. British police contacted Law months before his arrest in Mississauga, Ont., but did not press charges.
