Rescuers rush to save American caver Mark Dickey in Turkey

A complicated rescue operation is underway deep underground in Turkey. American cave diver Mark Dickey suffered internal bleeding more than a week ago and is unable to climb out on his own. 150 international rescuers are planning to haul him to the surface on a stretcher.
