Michael Tien, a member of Hong Kong's Legislative Council and the city's deputy to China's National People's Congress, discusses the selection process of the chief executive, and the government's efforts in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. The city's incoming leader John Lee received all but eight of the 1,424 valid ballots cast by a committee of China loyalists in the uncontested race.
